Objetivo principal del puesto:

Inspeccionar visualmente el producto terminado para asegurar que se cumplan las especificaciones del cliente y requerimientos internos, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo para lograr la satisfacción del cliente y mantener la inocuidad del producto.

Áreas esenciales responsables:

• Realizar cambio de rollo de fleje en flejadora y verificar el stock en el área.
• Realizar inspección visual de cada uno de los pallets por las cuatro caras y de arriba a abajo.
• Revisar formado y empaque de pallets de acuerdo a cada cliente, validar:  # de flejes y colocación, cantidad de camas, integridad de separadores, aplicación de película plástica si aplica y la correcta colocación de todos los tickets tanto de cliente como de Ball
• Flejar y envolver los fines de corrida y revisar que tengan camas completas.
• Generar y colocar ticket a los pallets y EOR generados, en el caso de tickets especiales como IEQSA y HEINEKEN colocar el tickets del cliente en la ubicación correspondiente.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo a equipo: flejadoras, impresoras.
• Apoyo a producción para mantenimientos preventivos.
• Realizar chequeos de inspección visual exterior de pallets y registrar en Infinity.
• Rechequeos de producto terminado detenido y registrar en Infinity
• Verificar en cambio de etiqueta características específicas de empaque por cliente (tipo de material, # de camas, posición de ticket de JDE, etc), comparar contra el estándar y registrar en bitácora.

Requisitos de puesto y competencias:

Nivel de estudios/escolaridad

• Bachillerato
• Experiencia de trabajo equivalente

Habilidades

• Procesos de manufactura
• Conocimientos básicos de CEP 
• Prueba Munsell (colorimetría)

Conocimiento

• Experiencia de trabajo como Inspector de Calidad.

• Onsite Work Environment: This position is based in [add the location here] and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.    
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE:  four (4) or more days }  { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days}  per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
