Key Responsible Areas:

  • Technical supervision of the electric service and maintenance group. State the objects distribute tasks; prepare required materials, circuit diagrams and documents.

  • Realizes  modernization and renovation of assigned electrical systems, as well as for setting and commissioning of installed equipment.

  • Assists and trains the Company’s personnel operating the electrical equipment

  • Identifies inefficiencies and potential electrical problems and define corrective actions.

  • Experienced in programming of logic control units, knows special software. Use these skills for proper equipment operation.

  • Coordinates, plans and controls all activities, keep records and fills in required forms.

  • Controls and programmes logic control units for proper equipment operation. Bears responsibility for proper line control equipment checkout.

  • Defines materials, parts and tools required for specific tasks. 

  • Initiates, reviews, masters, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs, JBSs) and working instructions for your area of responsibility.

  • Has knowledge about and apply principals of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

  • Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the division, the group, the company and the community.

 

Required knowledge:

  • Knowledge of nomenclature of all assigned equipment.

  • Knowledge of solid state circuitry, electronics, electrical-mechanical devices, transmission systems, interface units, AC/DC motors, wiring diagrams and schematics, computers and digital control devices

 

Required skills:

  • Thorough understanding of the operating principles of all assigned equipment.

  • Ability to work independently within parameters set by management.

  • Ability to work with other people.

  • Ability to effectively train personnel.

  • Ability to effectively create and maintain a teamwork environment.

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

  • Ability to use electronic test equipment.

  • Ability to operate and functionally use a computer.

  • Ability to read, write, calculate and comprehend written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
