Position overview:

 

As part of the European Accounting Center of Excellence, this part‑time role will provide accounting support exclusively to the Czech Accounting team following the finance transition. The position will be based in our Wellness Center in Plzeň and focuses on supporting day‑to‑day accounting activities in line with internal policies and local requirements.
This role reports directly to the Supervisor for Regional Accounting and plays a supportive role in ensuring accurate and timely execution of accounting processes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of internal and external financial reports in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Assisting with professional accounting and controlling activities in accordance with CZ GAAP, US GAAP, and internal company policies.
  • Supporting execution of monthly accounting close activities and related reconciliations.
  • Preparing documentation for audits and supporting communication with auditors, tax advisors, the tax office, and GBS teams.
  • Providing legislative and accounting support in collaboration with GBS teams in Serbia and Mexico.
  • Supporting ad‑hoc accounting tasks, administrative activities, and assignments as directed by the the Supervisor for Regional Accounting or company management.

 

What we’re looking for?

 

  • Completed high school education
  • Interest in accounting and financial reporting
  • Driving license category B
  • Strong attention to detail and well‑organised approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Motivation to learn and develop within an international finance environment
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage
