Position overview:
This role is to support the Senior Manager Regional Commercial (Germany) and the broader Central European (CE) Commercial team to lead Business Development alongside the commercial management team, maximising all opportunities to drive profitable growth and ensuring regional efficiencies across all our internal and external KPI’s - through concise reporting, forecasting, category led insights and management of commercial contracts and administration. Role provides a great breadth and in, insight and foundation to career in Commercial.
Key responsibilities include:
• Support our accounts for the company and P&L delivery alongside the CE Commercial team
• Managing the forecast process and forecast accuracy
• Ensuring all contract admin is correct and advising on further development and opportunities to improve
• Work closely with CE Comercial team to devise and deliver new business strategy
• Manage key new business customers and recruit new customers with potential and grow and nurture these customers
• Ensuring internal company functions work to deliver highest customer service
• Holding regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by internal teams
• Taking a proactive approach to customer management and be in proficient in CE market trends
• Implementing an effective way of working and setting out best practice measures
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience supporting Sales/Commercial/Key Accounts teams
• Understanding of FMCG/Packaging principles as well as consumer behavior
• Knowledge of Central European Market and Trends
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
• Fluent in German and English is a must
