Position Overview:
Office Coordinator will be responsible for topics related to Office Communication, Travels and Office Administrative functions. This role will be in charge for office needs related to administrative functions, communication and other office activities and supplier’s administration for office duties. This position will be responsible for office vendors, coordination of office maintenance duties in partnership with Facilities and/or EHS, and possibly with governmental agencies.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrating the office supplies requirements for employees and PR/PO creation in relation to office supplies
  • Supporting employees on travel requirements and creating travel orders
  • Administrating and coordinating badges for building access, parking  and office location for employees, visitors and suppliers
  • Managing iOffice desk reservation system, office housekeeping staff and ensuring office spaces are well-kept, organized and maintained
  • Being in charge of logistics of organizational development, office activities, events, campaigns, local celebrations, team building events, catering, gifts, etc
  • Coordinating office drills and EHS compliance activities (fire drills, CO2 monitoring, etc.) in partnership with facilities
  • Maintaining local and global distribution lists for communication purposes
  • Developing local communications to employees

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Job related experience as Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP/JD Edwards and SuccessFactors will be advantage.
  • SharePoint administration.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Fluent in English.
