Responsibility for:

• Manage and develops the quality process together with the Quality Manager, in accordance with the overall corporate and customer quality requirement
• Provide the focus and leadership for quality improvement activities, which are cost effective and meet customer requirements in co-operation with Quality Manager
• Participate in quality development projects (SPC, Lean, 5S, problem solving)
• Complete internal audits in accordance with Ball standards and external quality requirements
• Act as leader of the Food Safety/HACCP/Food defence team to ensure the hygiene standards throughout the factory meet Company quality, technical and food hygiene and safety standards in order to meet customer expectations and Company goals.
• Manage the preparation of new labels for production and participates in acceptance process of new products with customer. Manage and support the printing plate making process. 
• Manages the calibration and maintenance process of quality equipment.

Succeeding at work requires

• Technical degree or experience in quality control
• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards
• Knowledge of Lean tools (SPC, Lean, 5S, problem solving)
• Fluent written and oral English language skills
• Good IT skills
• Self-directed and active way of working and good interaction skills
• Knowledge of the printing process and quality control of printing is an advantage
