This role involves shift work - 12 hour shifts, working days, nights and weekends

Base salary - starting salary is £32,500 per annum, increasing to £35,000 per annum upon completion of the first phase of the skills matrix and a further increase to £37,500 per annum upon full completion of the skills matrix

Purpose of the job: To keep the end of production flowing and Palletiser running

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: To keep palletizers running smoothly without backing the lines up. Try and fix any palletizer issues quickly, keeping the area clean and tidy with good housekeeping. Quality checks on cans and pallets.

• Experience of working in high speed production
• Canning work experience would be desirable
