Competitive rates of pay – above market salary

This role involves shift work – 12 hours shifts, covering day, night and weekend work

Purpose of the job:

Ensure the decorator is producing good quality cans, ink levels are kept to the correct amount, design changes are good and accurate, checks are completed.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Ensure product is to the required standard, machine cleaning is completed, quality checks are completed, maintenance tasks are completed.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Professional & Education Qualifications

• Mechanical  work experience/mechanical background   
• Time served Engineer (desirable)
• Printing experience (desirable)

Skills and competencies                                 

• Quick to learn and adapt to new situations
• Production maintenance experience

Personal attributes                           

• Self-motivated to learn and progress      
• Someone who wants to achieve and be the next team Leader
