Base salary – starting salary is £44,000 per annum, increasing to £46,000 per annum upon completion of the first phase of the skills matrix and a further increase to £48,000 per annum upon full completion of the skills matrix

This role involves shift work – 12 hour shifts, working days, nights and weekends

Purpose of the job:

Ensure the decorator is producing good quality cans, ink levels are kept to the correct amount, design changes are good and accurate, checks are completed.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Ensure the product is to the required standard, machine cleaning is completed, quality checks are completed, maintenance tasks are completed

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Professional & Education Qualifications  

• Mechanical work experience
• Time served Engineer (desirable)

Previous experience

• Mechanical background
• FMCG experience
• Printing experience (desirable)

Skills and competencies                

• Quick to learn and adapt to new situations
• Production maintenance

Personal attributes          

• Self motivated to learn and progress     
• Someone who want to achieve and be next team Leader
