Position overview:
The Regional Commercial Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales Department through reporting, managing graphic costing and invoicing, and ensuring accurate sales pricing. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration on supply issues, product approvals, and market analysis, while contributing to Ball's core values and sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understand, implement and contribute to the sustainability of Ball's core values.
- Prepare periodic reports for the Sales Department and enter them into Ball’s internal systems.
- Being responsible for the realization of the Sales Budget as Sales Department.
- Collaborate with CF to develop joint solutions for potential capacity and supply issues.
- Maintain regular communication with various customer functions and ensure relevant departments receive necessary information.
- Supporting CF at the product approvals by following the graphic process with CF.
- Manage the graphic costing and customer invoicing processes.
- Prepare and send proforma invoices as needed.
- Follow up on payments and resolve overdue accounts by contacting customers, with the supervision of related Ball participants.
- Preparing market analysis reports.
- Checking and reporting the accuracy of sales prices on a monthly basis.
- Participating in all collaborative work with CTS, Finance, CF.
- Preparing competition reports.
- Participating in product pricing processes.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in any discipline with additional qualification in sales and marketing management
- 5+ years relevant experience with sound knowledge managing sales function
- Knowledge of Marketing principles
- Knowledge of production planning principles
- Good understanding of strategic business planning and sales development
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Turkish
