Maintenance Engineer

REQUIREMENTS 

• Engineering Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics.

• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment,

• Knowledge of Autonom, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance,

• Experience in automation,

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus (SMED, Kaizen 5S, Kanban, Problem Solving Technics, TPM/OEE, SPC),

• Has experience in EHS studies and has a high awarenes on it,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Strong communication, team-work and cooperation skills,

• Experience in high speed and high volume manufacturing,

• Puts KPIS’s, tracks and leads projects in related targets,

• Has effective leadership competencies and beig a role model,

• Continious improvement point of view in all areas,

• Customer oriented, attantion to detail, high controlling abilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the team of mechanical technicians,

• Being responsible for following the requirements of quality standards of all activities,

• Demonstrate leadership in the area of EHS and ensure all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards,

• Ensure teams working comply with Maintenance and Repair Policy,

• Ensure the related standards are in place in all machines, equipments, automation sytems to produce high quality and efficiency,

• Supervise the execution of the daily/weekly maintenance repairs; recommend technical improvements for cost reductions,

• Ensure to have proper equipments in storeroom with correct specs and amounts,

• Ensure continuous improvement studies lead in maintenance processes,

• Responsible for the timely response to repair requests. Guarantees the correct and on time execution of work, interpret the results and generates actions based on inspection. Reports any abnormality in the daily meetings, 

• Monitor job duration, cost and performance of crew and subcontractors working under their responsibility,

• Support projects in the plant,

• Ensure efficient usages on resources by leading projects and control,

• Being in a good relationship and cooperation within the other departments and suppliers.
