Elec. Maint. Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• University degree on Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment,
• Knowledge of Autonom, Preventive, RTF, Predictive Maintenance,
• Good knowledge of PLC programming (S7 Siemens, Simatic Manager and TIA Portal), WinCC Flexible and Scada systems, and MS Office
• Knowledge of reading electrical project drawings and Autocad,
• Experience in automation,
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication, team-work and cooperation skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading improvement projects, monitoring and reporting the electricity and other energy consumption parameters of the plant,
• Managing the team of electrical technicians,
• Leading implementation of systems, procedures and guidelines,
• Being responsible for following the requirements of quality standards of all activities,
• Supporting implementation of 6 Sigma and BRC standarts in work area,
• Coordinating development activities of team by following the competency / multi-function matrix for the team,
• Demonstrate leadership in the area of EHS and ensure all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards.
