As a multinational company operating Manisa, we are looking for a Chemical Engineer who has


- University degree in chemical engineering

- Minimum 2 years of operations experience
- Knowledge and experience on lean tools (preferably)

- Knowledge in mechanics (preferably)

- Good level of English both written and verbal
- Analytical and organizational skills
- No military obligation for male candidates


Job Description

• Responsible for Chemical process efficiency, spoilage, operator capability
• Set KPI objectives and manage performance
• Manage and follow up utilization, performance and usage of direct materials in production area.
• Plan and manage new suppliers’ alternative raw materials trials
• Manage budgets, contracts, lean activities and continuous improvement projects in chemical prosess areas.
• Provide effective leadership and execution within given system procedures, guidelines and instruction to ensure an efficient operation.
• Responsible for implementing all activities inline with certain quality standard requirements.
• Ensure production  is consistent with established requirements in respect to structure and cleanliness (5S) in related areas.
• Coordinate development and improvement activities in Chemical Process laboratory.
• Coordinate the activities in related areas to ensure effective utilisation of resources, materials and people.
• Manage process control activities and give support to QA department in ensuring desired product quality.
