Position overview: 

As the Associate Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Fulfillment team and provide support to customer fulfillment and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the areas of customer fulfillment and procurement, in terms of operational system data entry and document follow-up
• Managing admin work in customer fulfillment and procurement processes, capturing customer orders and making changes in ERP system
• Updating Deposit Return System portal daily based and providing support directly to customer on logistics Management
• Facilitating customer graphic requests
• Suuporting demand concensus at assigned customer level
• Following-up deliveries to customer from plant to customer
• Processing orders, stock maintenance and reporting in SAP system
• Designing processing with Graphics Controller
• Supporting to Customer Fulfilment Manager on KPI data including Slow and non moving inventory, OTIF
• Supporting Technical Services as and when required – link to CTS
• Assisting sales and finance with customer credit balances to meet KPI requirements and speedy resolution to invoice/credit queries – link to Finance

What are we looking for? 

• University gradute Industrial Engineering 
• Working within a multi-cultural business environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel is mandatory and knowledge of SAP is preferable
• B class driving licence 
• Fluent English
