Position Overview: 

AP Accountant will be responsible for processing of internal and external vendor invoices and follow-up of expense reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounting the invoices received from the internal vendors after confirming the purchasing accuracy
• Entering and controlling the CBRT (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey) rates in the SAP system
• Accounting the invoices received from external vendors (including intra-group companies) after confirming the correctness of purchasing and import transactions (customs documents)
• Organizing internal vendor and external vendor accounts and making periodic reconciliations
• Expense reports (personal advances and follow-up accounting of these advances with expense reports)
• Preparation of Form BA BS/monthly declaration on a monthly basis
• Leading IT projects of AP

Experience and skills required:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP is preferable 
• Fluent English
