Join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in supporting business growth by attracting and hiring high-quality talent. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leaders across the organization, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while driving recruitment excellence.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Management teams to understand workforce planning needs and talent strategies.
• Provide market insights, industry knowledge, and recruitment expertise to influence hiring decisions and support talent acquisition strategies.
• Identify, recommend, and leverage innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while maintaining accurate recruitment data and system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and the overall experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-cycle recruitment environment.
• Proven ability to source and recruit talent across various functions and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional proficiency in Danish or German is considered an advantage.

Work Environment: This Poland-based role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.

Hiring Range: 420000- 560000 SEK gross per year - The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.
