Position overview:

As a team member in the Purchasing Department, you will have overall responsibility for the entire procurement process.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Ensuring that purchases and orders are made in a cost-effective manner, that suppliers meet the required standards, and that deliveries are completed as specified.

•    Monitoring deliveries.

•    Invoice control.

•    Responsible for purchasing spare parts, supplies, and services for production.

•    Contributing to the optimization of spare parts inventory levels.

•    Participating in the selection of new suppliers.

•    Participating in negotiations with suppliers.

•    Assisting with annual supplier evaluations.

•    Helping to update procurement-related information in the SAP business system.

What are we looking for?

•    Previous experience in purchasing is required; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

•    Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new IT systems; experience with SAP is a plus.

•    Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, as English is our corporate language.
