Position overview:

Your main responsibility as the Payroll Administrator is to run the entire payroll process for our 250 employees. Additionally, you will be providing support to employees and managers regarding salary and expense process issues, as well as some administrative HR tasks.

You will report to the Plant HR Manager.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the company's compliance with labor legislation and the collective agreements with regards to salaries.
  • Personal data entry and maintenance.
  • Updating the time and attendance system.
  • Manual calculation of salaries and other compensation, registration of travel expenses and other variable transactions.
  • Collect and process payroll data prior to payroll processing and manage payroll audits.
  • Participate in reporting, accounting and information regarding personnel and salary-related issues to authorities.
  • Keeping track of worked time, sick leave, vacation, overtime and staff turnover in the form of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Issue employer's certificate and reporting to Statistics Sweden, SNL and FORA.


Experience required:

  • Strong communication skills across all organisational levels and customer service mindset
  • Previous experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant labour legislation and regulations.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
