Position overview:

Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures by collaborating with stakeholders to define good & best practices, creating comprehensive guidelines, and establishing protocols for monitoring adherence.

Manage the Global Good & Best Practice Portal and the processes surround the submission and deployment of standards and practices. Provide training and support to ensure adoption of Good & Best Practices by developing training materials, offering coaching, and monitoring progress. Support Regional leadership initiatives that encompass end-to-end analysis and future states within fast-paced environment, utilizing process expertise.

 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Facilitate knowledge sharing by initiating Good & Best practice sharing and benchmarking within the Regions and at a Global scale by liaising with the Regional Operations & CI Leaders and Global Engineering functions.

•    Review submissions into the Global Good & Best Practice portal and evaluate feasibility of solutions.

•    Manage and establish the Document Management System for the Global Portal for Good  & Best Practices.

•    Motivate and direct cross-functional teams to desired results through skilful application of the Good & Best Practices.

•    Effectively communicate activities and progress of all projects to all levels of organization.

•    Participate and when required, lead Excellence in Performance (EIP) and similar Lean activities to assist Manufacturing sites in achieving their KPIs.

•    Support critical Safety, Quality & Engineering initiatives in line with the Manufacturing Excellence.

 

What are we looking for?

•    Technical qualification to degree level or relevant experience

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience of operating in a Manufacturing environment

•    Financial awareness with basic P+L experience

•    Lean methodologies proven experience achieving expected results

•    Experience providing LSS training/coaching

•    Six Sigma Green Belt Certified 

•    Fluent in English, any other European language is desirable
