Position overview:


The Senior Regional Functional Analyst will support the EMEA and South America regions, for the Commercial, Sustainability and Digital capabilities. It is a business facing roles that serves as a bridge between technical and non-technical functions. This role will provide analytical support, coordination, insight, and leadership to the regions to enable the delivery of their long-term objectives, in line with global direction, strategy and standards. This role will serve as a key player in all commercial, sustainability and digital projects and enhancements that impact these regions. Your role will be varied and you will constantly learn different aspects of our operation and innovative initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Provide appropriate analysis, counsel, insight and leadership to enable business financial, operational and strategic goals. 
•    Gather complete and comprehensive requirements for projects and enhancements. 
•    Investigate and map business processes to assess requirements and viability, analyse gaps, identify impacts and risk.
•    Liaise with regional business and technical teams to facilitate cross-functional needs and goals, while enabling global initiatives and strategy.
•    Project manage smaller initiatives and enhancements and work close to Project Managers in larger projects. 
•    Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts to facilitate the best possible solutions.
•    Coordinate User Acceptance Testing


Experience required:


•    Extensive experience in business analysis (8 years)
•    Extensive experience in business facing roles (8 years)
•    Experience with business systems (4 years)
•    Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Qlik a plus 
•    Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures & functions 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capability 
•    Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills 
•    Decisiveness and an ability to operate effectively in the midst of ambiguity 
•    Quick learner and business acumen
•    Strong planning and forecasting skills
