Position Overview:


Provide administrative support to the  GKAM team in EMEA
This is a 6 months fixed-term contract.


Key reponsibilities include:


Commercial functions/Customer Relations
Analyses and prepares reporting on customer sales forecast data
Prepares reporting and analysis of product sales to customers
Prepares monthly reporting packs for internal and for customers
Gaining and processing of information from customers;
Input of data into systems as required
Support escalations and queries on customer due payments;
Supports negotiation (Bid, RFI, RFP) preparation
Supports preparation of standard price offers, contracts, addenda and other business documentation;
Co-ordinates response on customer information and sales enquiries
Follow up on customer claims in line with business processes
Collate sales information from sales and  other function colleagues to build reports or presentations
Conducts meetings with customer and internally and prepares and distributes minutes
Analyses sales data and present recommendations
Development and streamlining of processes within the GKA remit to improve accuracy, responsiveness and good co-ordination.
­Preparation for  meetings internally and with customers.
­Preparation and participate in customer and marketing activities (exhibitions, presentations, conferences etc.).
­Initiates, reviews and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
­Manages calendar / agenda for the team
­Maintain the professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

Experience required:

•Higher education.
•Strong / solid experience (3 to 5 years) as regional sales support  in global / pan European organisations
•Working knowledge in the following fields: sales support, communication with the customers.
•Advanced proficient in MS Office: very strong Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills essential,  proficiency in SAP for department documentation and organization.
•Demonstrates experience and comfort in working in a fast paced environment
•Demonstrates agility and ability to manage changing priorities in a complex environment
•Ability to work in a team with high level of collaboration
•Comfortable working with limited supervision
•Ability to consistently adhere to deadlines
