Primary purpose of the position:

The Line Speeds and Planning interprets data to inform manufacturing decisions, gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources. They enhance data analysis methods, offering recommendations to improve Ball's business applications and data quality.

What will you be responsible for?

•    Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and their respective action plans. 

•    Prepare and monitor management meetings for results. 

•    Explore various databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance. 

•    Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns. 

•    Develop and maintain technology solutions for the business, including applications, automations, reports, and dashboards. 

•    Update and create reports providing relevant insights for the business through BI visualization tools. 

•    Map and optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiency. 

•    Support technology-related innovation projects, both regionally and globally. 

•    Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis. 

•    Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and alignment of data analysis initiatives with organizational objectives.

What are we looking for?

•    Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business 

•    Minimum of 3 years experience doing data analysis and reporting  

•    Minimum of 2 years experience developing technological solutions 

•    Minimum of 2 years experience supporting innovation projects or solutions 

•    Fluent written and spoken English

•    Knowledge: Intermediate / advanced in Power Platforms (Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint). Intermediate in BI Tools and dashboard construction (Power BI / Qlik Sense / Tableau). Intermediate in Programming languages (SQL / VBA). 

•    Management: Intermediate in statistics applied to data management 

•    Analyze: Intermediate in Databases (relational) 

•    Knowledge of:  

•    Continuous improvement tools, structured problem-solving and agile methodologies  

•    Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 

•    Process Mapping / BPMN
