Position overiew:
Strategic operations leader responsible for Global Red Bull manufacturing excellence, PMO delivery, audit coordination, and change‑control governance. This hybrid role spans plant and office environments, driving strategic project execution, continuous improvement, and operational alignment to support current and future Red Bull commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Operations PMO activities for Red Bull, including project roadmaps, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder reporting
- Oversee large‑scale cross‑functional transformation, strategic, and Fuel for Growth (FFG) initiatives
- Act as Qualification & Integration Liaison for new and existing plants/production lines, aligning to BOE framework and Red Bull Cooperation Handbook
- Drive manufacturing change control, ensuring all product, process, and system changes follow formal governance protocols
- Partner with Quality, Safety, HR, Engineering, and Operations to protect product quality and regulatory compliance
- Lead audit readiness, third‑party audit coordination, corrective actions, and compliance sustainment
- Champion BOE / Operational Excellence, standardizing KPIs, routines, and action tracking globally
What are we looking for?
- Experience leading Operations PMO or large‑scale manufacturing projects
- Strong track record in cross‑functional transformation and strategic project delivery
- Knowledge of manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Hands‑on experience with change control, governance, and audit readiness
- Ability to partner across Quality, Engineering, Safety, HR, and Operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
