Position overview: 

As the Production Planning & Control Specialist you are a member of Customer Fulfillment team, reporting to the CF Teamleader. You will contribute to the success of Ball by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, close and continuous collaboration with all relevant customers and employees, and coordinating for lid and packaging material movements.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Logical sequencing of the decor to be produced to ensure on-time delivery in batch sizes adapted to demand and forecasts, as far as the conditions allow.
• Properly managing all issued production orders.
• Timely production and immediate contact with the customer in case of foreseeable delays.
• Promptly responding to received letters and phone calls.
• Strict adherence to agreements made.
• Promptly forwarding all received complaints and claims to the relevant responsible parties.

What are we looking for? 

• Commercial education with experience at high school level.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• High customer focus.
• Proficiency in SAP. 
• Production experience.
• Fluent in English and German.

Work Environment: The role is primarily onsite in Ludesch (3 days office / 2 days remote after onboarding).

Hiring Rate: 51,400 – 74,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, while taking into account internal equity and the M+E NRW collective bargaining agreement.

Bonus Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
