Als Back End Operator bedienst und überwachst du die Produktionsanlagen direkt an der „Back“ der Fertigung, führst kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen durch und reagierst sofort bei Abweichungen, um höchste Präzision und Stabilität zu gewährleisten. Du wechselst, polierst, schleifst und stimmst Werkzeuge eigenverantwortlich ab, sorgst für Sauberkeit, Schmierung und Wartung und hältst alle Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene und Umweltschutz ein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen im Back End
• Durchführen der Qualitätsprüfungen und Analyse der Messwerte
• Sofortige Reaktion, wenn Messwerte oder Prüfungen ausserhalb der Spezifikation waren
• Werkzeuge beurteilen und nach Bedarf wechseln
• Werkzeuge nachbearbeiten durch Nachpolieren/Kreuzschliff
• Werkzeugsätze zusammenstellen/abstufen
• Durchführen der regelmässigen Reinigungsarbeiten
• Durchführen von Schmier- und Wartungsarbeiten
• Mithilfe an Wartungstagen
• Unterstützung der anderen Teams durch Zusatzschichten während der Freitage
• Einhaltung der Vorgaben für Arbeitssicherheit/Hygiene/Brand- und Umweltschutz

Ihr Profil:

• Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (reden, lesen, schreiben)
• Gutes Sehvermögen und robuste Gesundheit
• Erfahrung in Produktionsbetrieb mit Schichtarbeit
• Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
• Selbständiges Arbeiten am Arbeitsplatz und gleichzeitig Teamarbeit im Back End Team
• Gute Auffassungsgabe und Überblick über die das ganzen Back End und nachfolgende Prozesse
