Position overview:
You will support recruitment needs predominantly for vacancies based in EMEAA region, acting as the business partner to hiring managers and ensuring we source the best talent utilising a range of methodologies and tools.
This position can be based in Poland or Serbia.
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating attractive adverts aligned to global templates. Source, review, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate.
• Partners with various stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Functional Leads, HR, Talent Management) to coordinate and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including understanding the future needs of the business and pipelining accordingly.
• Continuous business partnering, best practice sharing, and coaching Hiring Managers on recruitment skills and best practice. Delivering recruitment skills training as and when needed.
• Champion inclusive One Ball culture across all divisions and markets. Coordinating and encouraging local social media content ideas promoting employee and company events, employee stories etc.
• Acts as subject matter expert in assigned areas including market expertise, industry trends, job knowledge, organizational structure, and ongoing business strategy in order to influence hiring decisions resulting in increased quality of hire.
• Recommends and makes process improvements. Helps evaluate potential systems and tools for future use.
• Builds networks to find and attract passive candidates. Researches, recommends, and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
What are we looking for?
• Min. 3 years of recuritment experience in an international company or agency, ideally hiring for manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated experience using CV databases, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent.
• Past history of filling “hard to fill” roles that required using non-traditional recruiting resources and/or heavy pipelining.
• Data-driven, with ability to apply independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of recruiting techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Consultative approach to partnering and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Proved track record of strategic, proactive recruiting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
