Position overview:

The IT Specialist will be a key member of the Global Shared Services (GSS) team, reporting to Regional Service Delivery Lead. This role will be responsible for resolving technical problems and providing ongoing user support.

Key responsibilities incldue:

• Being in charge for the proper operation of systems, applications, application software and computer hardware, telephones and peripheral devices
• Resolving incidents and technical problems and providing ongoing user support
• Supervising of the operation, administration and maintenance of production systems (MES)
• Installing and configurating of software and computer hardware
• Ensuring the security of all data
• Carrying out tasks in accordance with ISO quality system procedures, initiating and implementing corrective actions
• Participating in implementations and global IT projects

Experience and skills required:

• Higher education in a specific field (IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred in a production company)
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory and working in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of operation and configuration of LAN/WAN and WiFi networks
• Fluent in English
