Position overview:

As the Chemical Process Operator you will ensure safe working practices on chemical handling are followed and perform tasks and provides services to support the plant's production goals and overall business plans.

You will also oversee the water treatment, wastewater area and emulsion system based on specified standards.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspire yourself and others to achieve world-class manufacturing practices and results.
  • Take ownership for the Washers process equipment
  • Keep chemical process under control.
  • Participation on preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs.
  • Ensuring an efficient, continuous production process.
  • Realize quality can production by performing chemical control.
  • Responsible for and running special projects as determined by management.
  • Investigate the reasons or the states for out of specifications.
  • Ensure general cleanness of machinery and equipment in surrounding areas.
  • Take care of the work area and equipment to create a safe and efficient work environment.
  • 8.5-hour shifts, rotating earlies, lates and nights.


Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in manufacturing industry in a similar role within Chemical Processing
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
