Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate all plant-related spending, including spare parts, equipment, direct materials and services.
  • Management and maintenance of plant contracts, including the preparation of scope of work, service levels and KPIs.
  • Use the tools available in SAP to ensure orders are processed and managed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with local and central accounting / financial functions to ensure that all costs are recorded in a controlled manner/invoice management.
  • Seeking for new and alternative vendors to ensure that supply, quality and cost needs are met.
  • Control the work in the storeroom

 

Experience and skills required:

  • Business-related degree/qualification
  • Manufacturing Purchasing experience or similar
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft package.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Strong data analytics skills, numerical analytics skills
  • Supplier management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
