Position overview:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing high quality human resources support to the Wakefield Plant and to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve HR issues.  

 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Create all new positions in Success factors before any recruitment can take place for new starters or contingent workers, by liaising with the TA & Compensation team when required for job code and req information.

•    Coordinate with TA, Plant Admin and Hiring Manager with arrangement of interviews.

•    Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letter, Contracts, and all new starter paperwork. 

•    Ensure all Right to work checks are completed and data saved to employee electronic file.

•    Work with the Plant Admin for onboarding of new employee, conducting the HR induction, for all PROD / GGS up to GGS11.

•    Works collaboratively with the HRM with compensation COE, supports client in completing job evaluations.

•    Manage payroll with ADP and payroll specialist in Belgrade Office.

•    Create, organise, maintain and update employee records as appropriate on the Fredericia secure drive.

•    Ensures all HR data is accurate and up-to-date in Success Factors.

•    Advises and supports line managers as well as employees on developmental tools (training courses, opportunities for developmental assignments, etc.).

 

What are we looking for?

•    Higher education.

•    At least 2 years of experience from a relevant HR position.

•    Preferably experience with UK Labour Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements.

•    Preferably basic understanding of payroll elements incl. i.e. reimbursement procedures.

•    Confident user of computer programs: MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors.

•    Accuracy and high attention to details.

•    Fluent in written and spoken English
