Position overview:
THE HRSM Functional Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex HR service management solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. This role ensures the successful configuration and enhancement of HR-related technology solutions, aligning with business needs and HR best practices. The HRSM Functional Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing self-service capabilities, optimizing virtual agent/chatbot interactions, improving knowledge management, and driving automation to support global HR operations and will create metrics and reports to showcase value, analyze data using techniques like Pareto analysis, and help build strategic plans to improve services while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in efforts to analyze and enhance HR support processes, leveraging interviews, workshops, and business analysis methodologies to implement efficient solutions
- Working closely with internal HR teams and IT to develop self-service capabilities, improve service catalog options, and optimize chatbot/virtual agent functionalities
- Ensuring high-quality technical solutions by configuring, developing, testing, monitoring, and supporting changes to HR service management systems
- Identifying and implementing innovative HRSM business solutions to improve the employee support model globally
- Developing a deep understanding of HR systems, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with company strategies and compliance requirement
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations, leveraging automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven chatbots
- Collaborating with HR and IT partners to enhance knowledge management, ensuring high-quality, governed content for self-service knowledge bases
- Overseeing HR support ticket queues, review tickets, and ensure adherence to established processes and SLAs
- Providing mentorship, training, and guidance to L2 and L1 HR support teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Generating reports and metrics, maintaining system integrity, and performing regular QA checks on HRSM processes
- Creating and performing surveys to identify opportunities for improvement and developing and delivering training for HR teams on new technology and processes
- Assisting HR leaders in implementing global communication strategies related to HRSM changes and improvements
What are we looking for?
- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Job related experience for 2-5 years minimum
- Experience in communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers
- Experience in HR Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD) and HR case management systems
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and automation technologies (RPA, AI Chatbots)
- Background in both HR and technical fields is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
