Objetivo principal del puesto: 
Efectuar el manejo de materias primas en proceso y producto terminado, siguiendo los procedimientos y métodos de trabajo para lograr la máxima eficiencia de seguridad y calidad al menor costo.

Áreas esenciales responsables:

• Recibe turno física, verbalmente y por escrito.
• Reporta cualquier situación anormal al proceso. 
• Llenar bitácora de montacargas FR-PT-07-GR
• Operación y manejo de montacargas.
• Operación y manejo de Pistola, Escáner y Sistema en general (Tran Collector y JDE)
• Manejo de transacciones de Tran Collector y JDE requeridas en el área de Almacén y Embarques.
• Recoge material de andén y lo almacena en el lugar correspondiente
• Maneja el PT con el cuidado necesario para evitar daños materiales
• Conoce la operación de IEQSA y apoya cuando es necesario

Montacarguista de Línea:

• Abastece de material de empaque las líneas
• Se asegura de mantener el inventario de material de empaque en área asignada
• Baja y estiba los pallets de PT,  así como restos 
• Baja pallets de DPI y los coloca en el área correspondiente
• Manejo de Pallets de brillantes en Pal / Depal.
• Ingresa fines de corrida a la sorteadora, así como pallets a sortear
• Reacomoda y Ordena Área de DPI y área de línea
• Cambia rollo de emplaye cuando se requiera y arreglar problemas del transportador de salida, siempre y cuando no sean problemas eléctricos
• Da apoyo a supervisor de producción con maniobras requeridas 

Montacarguista de embarques:

• Recibir hoja de embarques, verificar información y preparar embarques.
• Verificar información de ticket, que concuerde con el producto embarcado y llena el reporte de embarques. 24.    Inspeccionar condiciones físicas de las cajas y llena formato FR-PT-02-GR
• Cargar el trailer de acuerdo a instrucciones de hoja de embarques y/o requerimientos de IEQSA. Y entrega documentos a transportista (factura, hoja de empaque, salida, etc.).
• Reacomodo y orden de almacén y embarques
• Reportar condiciones de empaque de P. T.
• Verificar que el tráiler esté enganchado y por lo menos con un tope.
• Colocar devoluciones en área asignada.
• Embarca directamente de la línea cuando aplique.

• Onsite Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.    
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE:  four (4) or more days }  { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days}  per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
