Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Account Controller to join our Customer Fulfilment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process for key customer accounts, ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with customer expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to provide outstanding service while supporting business performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery using SAP.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate production planning and order fulfilment activities.
- Manage order changes, cancellations, allocations, and customer queries.
- Monitor deliveries and collaborate with logistics providers to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and forecasting reports and analyses.
- Support demand planning and customer forecasting activities.
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF and inventory management.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and customer visits.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical Services, and Graphics.
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in Customer Fulfilment, Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain within an FMCG environment.
- Experience managing relationships with large customer accounts.
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Genk plant.
Hiring Range: 49,500 – 71,280 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on any applicable collective bargaining agreement’s minimum salary, the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
