Position overview:
As the CF Admin you are a key member of Customer Fulfillment team, reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Team Leader. 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Process production orders

•    Process delivery orders

•    Stock notifications

•    Master data maintenance

•    Processing complaints / returns

•    Direct debits / credit notes to customers

•    Support with month-end closing

•    Calling up forecast data from customers

•    Communication with external and internal departments

What are we looking for?

•    3 years of relevant training (e.g. industrial clerk)  

•    At least 1-2 years of professional experience 

•    Knowledge of MS Office, SAP

•    Fluent German and English
