We have an opening for an Machinist for our FT. Worth, TX location.  If you possess an interest and have an aptitude for machining check out the details below.


What will your average week look like?


  • You will set up and operate machine tools, lathes, grinders, drill press and milling machines
  • Repair and maintain machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, erects, moves and/or dismantles all types of machinery and auxiliary production equipment.
  • Inspects job site and equipment to be dismantled, erected or moved; analyzes blueprints and schematics; estimates weight of loads to be handled, lifted, clearances and recommends support equipment needed.
  • Assist in the operation and inspection of tooling equipment
  • Assist customers to troubleshoot equipment
  • Make drawings or sketches of parts to be made or repaired thru blueprints, work orders and/or verbal instructions
  • You will perform dismantling, fitting or assembly work necessary for maintenance or production equipment
  • You will select and grind tools, adjust tools, speeds and feed rates for efficiency machining
  • Follow job safety practices, policies, and procedures for safe performance of assignments
  • Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in
    appropriate areas and follow safety practices
  • Work a 12 hour rotating shift 6:00p to 6:00a.


What are we looking for?


  • High School Diploma or education equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ job related experience
  • Working experience with close tolerances
  • Manual Machinist experience a MUST Have.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Operate and set up grinders, machine tools, grinders, mills, lathes and drill presses
  • Working knowledge of the following areas: standard machine shop and tool and die practices; knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, welding and brazing; knowledge of nomenclature of assigned equipment.
  • Follow EHS procedures including maintaining compliance to certification requirements and use appropriate PPE for each assigned task; make recommendations to improve ergonomics, health and safety of work.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Horly Pay: $ 30.30
  • Other Compensation:   This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
