The main purpose of our Lacquer Team is to prepare and issue coatings materials to line. To provide specialist technical support to the line operators to ensure a high quality product is produced at the maximum efficiency

Our team put the health, safety, environmental and quality as a priority and therefore we expect our team members to follow our EHS and BRC compliance at all times.

Our lacquer team members are required to assist the operators to set, run and clean the washing and spraying units, the external coatings units and the ovens for our manufacturing process.

This includes quality and usage monitoring, trouble shooting on-line issues, recommend preventative measures and to carry out continuous improvement projects

You will be expected to carry out general maintenance of the lacquer machines and to maintain spare parts and change parts in good order, to prepare and issue coatings materials to line, and ensure the removal of all waste.

You will be able to maintain accurate records and ensure high housekeeping standards and carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Management

This role is working a rotating shift pattern which includes days, nights and weekends.

The Shift Pattern is shown below. The hours are 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am

The rotation is 4 weeks on days and 4 weeks on nights

The work week is

Week 1 - Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun

Week 2 - Wed / Thurs
