Working as an Electrical Engineer at our plant, gives opportunity to experience all aspects of Engineering in a manufacturing environment


The main tasks and responsibilities of this role are


  • Accountable for all electrical and general tasks relating to maintenance
  • To observe company health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
  • To maintain all electrical appliances and machinery to the standard of 17th Edition Regulations.
  • Problem solving of electrical processes
  • Advising on and maintaining electrical spare parts
  • PLC programming as required
  • Maintaining electrical Schematics
  • Investigating process improvements, carry out new project work, design and installation
  • Assist in mechanical maintenance as required
  • Perform any other related tasks as required
  • To adhere to ISO 9001 requirements.


  • To perform duties in such a way as to observe and maintain established housekeeping standards
  • Return tools, parts and other equipment to appropriate storage
  • Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a tidy and functional state at all times

  • Perform all tasks relating to operating  and maintaining production machines
  • Continually seek to optimise production output and quality by way of responding to machine and process electrical and mechanical problems and taking appropriate action
  • Participate in Plant continuous improvement activities such as TPM
