Our team of Customer Service Administrators are responsible for handling customer orders efficiently and effectively and managing specific customer supply volume for Ball Aersol Packaging Group


Main responsibilites include

  • To receive customer orders and convert them into work orders for the appropriate factory to manufacture (after advice from Supply Chain Planner or Key Account Manager).
  • To be the focal point for any customer enquiry.
  • To update computer system with latest information on product specifications.
  • To liaise with Reprographics department in relation to artwork and design changes.
  • To liaise with other departments as required to ensure that jobs are on time and correct.
  • To co-ordinate dispatch with external transport companies.
  • To raise purchase orders as required.
  • To make customer visits as required.
  • To be proactive in contacting customers and maintaining levels of customer service.
  • To adhere to BRC and ISO 9001 requirements ar all times
  • To adhere to Health, safety and Environmental site rules at all times.

Due to the nature of the role, some travel to customers will be required
