• Inspect materials, tools and equipment delivered for conformity with quantity and
• Specifications as stated in invoices and records.
• Places items received in proper bins, maintains and update stock record and
• Periodically reconciling balances with accounting records.
• Issues item’s requisitioned upon receipt of approved requisitions.
• Notifies superior of items nearing minimum stock level, secures latter’s approval
• of purchase requisitions of such items.
• Sees to proper and orderly stacking of materials, tools and equipment’s in stockroom,
• ensures that these are guarded against loss, damage, pilferage or obsolence.
• Follows-up with purchaser on status of items ordered.
• Performs clerical work related jobs.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storeroom.

• Performs other related duties to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
