Are you interested in high-precision and high-speed machine production?
Would you like to participate in the production of premium and environmentally friendly beverage packaging?

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzes existing production processes and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Monitors, collects, and analyzes process data to evaluate performance and identify trends
• Prepares reports and presents findings to management and stakeholders
• Proposes and ensures the implementation of process changes (technical and organizational measures) to increase productivity, efficiency and quality
• Provides technical support to colleagues in addressing issues related to processes and their management, including explaining changes to improve production processes
• Works closely with quality, maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of process improvements

What are we looking for:

• Technical education, ideally mechanical/electrical/process engineering
• Understanding of basic mechanical manufacturing principles
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills within the team and towards management and other stakeholders
• Ability to communicate in Czech and English (written and spoken)
• Fact-oriented, systematic individual
• Pro-customer approach
• Ability to make decisions
• Driver's license
• User knowledge of PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
