Position overview:

The Cyber Security Analyst provides technical expertise and support in a specialized area of IT Services (infrastructure, applications or security). This role will be responsible for studying business, functional and technical requirements and translating them into detailed design documents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating solution design documentation based on technical and functional specifications provided
• Preparing detailed systems specifications for translation into structured IT infrastructure (applications, compute resources, network, etc.)
• Documenting and managing system requirements  
• Collaborating with internal customers to elicit their business concerns and translating them into system development requirements
• Supporting research, planning, and recommendation of software and system choices to meet business needs  
• Participating in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses,and implementation timelines 
• Providing input for the development of detailed project workplans and effort estimates for solution development 
• Designing systems test requirements to ensure fail-safe integration of the solution into the production system 
• Supporting defect escalation and identification of root cause

What are we looking for?

• University degree in technical science 
• Job related experience for 2+ years in IT industry
• Technical proficiency with security-related systems and applications and knowledge of network infrastructure
• Work collaboratively across departments as well with key stakeholders and vendors
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English
