Are you ready to launch your career in manufacturing leadership? Our 24-month, entry-level Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to build your leadership potential and operational expertise in a dynamic plant environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects that optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Participate in structured leadership development, covering topics like project management, financial acumen, data analysis, strategic planning, and more.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, learning how engineering, maintenance, quality, operations, and finance all contribute to plant success.
  • Apply Lean tools and problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, root cause analysis) to real challenges.
  • Collaborate with plant leaders to develop performance metrics, analyze data, and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Participate in a cohort of your peers, engaging in in-person and virtual training experiences.
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, with potential for weekends, rotating 12-hour shifts, overtime, or on-call work as business needs require.

Program Tracks

Depending on your assignment, you’ll specialize in:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Lead data-driven projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
    • Facilitate training and standardized work practices.
    • Support adoption of best practices across the plant.
  • Manufacturing Process Engineering:
    • Support manufacturing change control and documentation processes.
    • Partner with quality and production teams to maintain systems, metrics, and audits.
    • Drive improvements in safety, compliance, and process reliability.
  • Quality Leadership:
    • Supervise quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
    • Manage inspection systems and corrective actions.
    • Analyze trends and partner with teams to improve product performance.

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
  • A student with a previous internship or co-op in a manufacturing or related environment.
  • Candidates with a growth mindset, ready to embrace new opportunities, build leadership skills, and relocate to accelerate their career growth.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

 Compensation & Benefits

 

  • Hiring Salary Range: $ 66,000 - 92,200 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
