As an Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of the plant's electrical systems and support equipment. In this leadership role, you will drive maintenance excellence, develop team capabilities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance team members to build a safe, skilled, and high-performing workforce.

Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime and support production objectives.

Drive continuous improvement, capital projects, and process optimization initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and food safety requirements while promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the facility.

Manage maintenance resources, contractors, equipment records, work orders, and performance metrics to support operational excellence.

Four or more years of experience in an industrial electrical, mechanical, or maintenance environment.

Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to develop teams, manage performance, and coordinate maintenance activities.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, auxiliary equipment, automation controls, conveyors, and maintenance best practices.

Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Broad technical training, education, or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and resource planning skills with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Hiring Salary Range: $85,900 - 119,890 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
