Position overview:
The role of the Commercial Assistant is to support the commercial team in all their activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collecting and entering production orders (ATM) into the system.
• Communications with users and graphic coordinators about graphic solutions.
• Information on production, sales data and providing other relevant commercial information.
• Information on invoicing obsolete stocks, storage costs, graphic services, damaged packaging.
• Handling complaints in accordance with the complaint resolution process.
• Collecting and entering Sales orders into the system.
• Working on out-of-date inventory lists in order to sell them.
• Produces weekly/monthly/yearly forecasts for Customers based on all inputs from the Commercial team. Enters and updates forecasts of customer needs in the current required system.
• Creates and takes care of the up-to-datedness of codes and product names (MM) in the systems intended for purpose (SAP, Esmart, Promenta).
• Creates and maintains a database of commercial terms with customers (RCA).
• Provides required sales presentations for customers in cooperation with department managers.
• Prepares and distributes price lists in accordance with Ball procedures.
• Cooperation with members of internal departments in order to provide the best possible service to clients.
• Maintaining close communication with procurement and logistics departments, technical support to customers.
• Follow-up of relevant graphic issues and projects for the purpose of informing customers, and necessary coordination.
• Participates in the implementation and maintenance of Lean standards.
• Makes proposals and participates in projects for continuous process improvement (Business excellence).
