We are seeking a Bilingual Regional Payroll Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing a team of payroll specialists to ensure the smooth execution of payroll processes within our Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely payroll services, promoting the standardisation and optimisation of the processes under their responsibility.

 

TO REACH THE EXTRAORDINARY TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Comprehensive management of the payroll process for Argentina, Chile, and Paraguay, including system implementation. 

• Ensuring that practices comply with labour legislation and tax obligations. 

• Hiring, training, and management of payroll staff. 

• Collaboration with HR, Benefits, and Finance to process payroll, onboarding, and offboarding. 

• Correcting payroll-related errors or discrepancies. 

• Generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 

• Identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks with suppliers. 

• Maintaining effective communication with suppliers to resolve incidents and strengthen relationships. 

• Ensuring compliance with SOX controls and internal policies, maintaining accurate and verifiable records. 

• Implementing comprehensive protection of confidential employee data. 

• Periodically evaluating processes to improve efficiency and quality.

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in comprehensive payroll management. 

• Advanced knowledge of tax legislation and payroll practices applicable to the region. 

• Strong command of payroll tools and technologies, including SAP Payroll. 

• Advanced English (spoken and written).
