Position overview:
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical service and support to allocated customers, including those designated as Technical Key Account Manager accounts. This includes delivering technical expertise to both Sales and Manufacturing teams in all matters related to assigned customers. The position collaborates closely with all relevant Ball functions to develop and implement more cost‑effective Ball products. It also involves coordinating and executing filling line trials at customer sites to evaluate new or modified Ball products, as well as organizing and conducting filling line trials to assess new or modified customer products being filled using Ball components.
- Manage and lead CTS Engineers at Ball facilities in the allocated countries, reporting directly to the Regional CTS Manager.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to Ball BPE customers in the assigned regions, including Technical Key Account responsibilities.
- Coordinate and execute filling line trials at customer sites to evaluate new or modified Ball products and customer products.
- Handle customer quality issues, including on‑site visits, complaint investigations, communication of root causes, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to support customer needs and drive technical improvements.
- Lead the approval process for cost‑reduction products while ensuring no negative impact on filling site performance or component performance.
- Represent Ball in industry or trade bodies for specification reviews and updates related to Ball components.
- Support the development of new products for Ball and/or customers, providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Audit customer filling lines and warehouses, identifying issues that impact quality, efficiency, or safety, and advising on improvements.
- Control all technical‑related spending to remain within agreed budget limits.

- Desirable qualifications: Lean Six Sigma, statistical training, engineering degree
- Desirable industry knowledge: Can and End manufacturing
- Fluent English and French
