Position overview: 

 

As the Graphics Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of Ball by operating plate-making machines and managing raw material inventory, scheduling preventive maintenance for plate-making department equipment, and applying your strong knowledge of the overall graphic process and dry offset printing technology. Additionally, you will be responsible for shade matching, LSD preparation, and utilizing a spectrophotometer for quality control.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • To follow and maintain organization’s SOPs and safe working practices.
  • Plate preparation as per both plants production program.
  • CTP operation & Preventive maintenance coordination with OEM.
  • Coordination between Planning & plant operation team from label sequencing.
  • Provide technical support during offline proofing seasons.
  • Provide end to end graphics package across both India plants.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • BE / Diploma in Printing & Packaging from reputed institute/university
  • 2-4  years relevant experience with sound knowledge of Printing, graphics and Customer support
  • Good Coordination skill and follow-up skill
  • Good understanding of inks and printing machines
  • Good computer skill including internet / e-mail handling. Ability to understand new software
  • Comfortable to work in shift.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
