Position overview:
Our Graduate Program in Operations offers an insight into end-to-end processes of a cutting-edge global manufacturing company and will help you to gain practical skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond.
The program offers accelerated development on the job and through other channels over the course of 18 months. It includes assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including: Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean), Finance, Customer Fulfilment, and Sustainability.
Once you complete the program, you will be eligible to apply for vacancies within your area of interest where you can continue to develop your career further.
Qualification:
Engineering Graduate passed out 2024/2025 with specialisation in Mech/Elect/Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting goals set out at the start of the programme
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from experienced team members
- Gaining and applying knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Liaising with mentors, project coordinators and other senior team members to evaluate progress
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
- Preparing documents and updating records
- Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required
Experience and skills required:
- At least one year of exposure to manufacturing environment and a clear understanding of industry-related requirements
- Clear communication skills, curiosity and courage to ask questions
- Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
- Proven experience in leading and directing others, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organized and have a structured approach to work and study
- Openness to learn and apply knowledge, achieving progression milestones
- Fluency in English
