Position overview:

 

As a Supply Chain Planner – End Planning, you will play a key role in creating and executing monthly Ends plans, ensuring smooth supply to meet business and customer needs. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Operations to balance capacity with demand, maintain accurate SKU plans, and proactively manage risks and constraints. This role provides essential analytical support to the Planning Manager and contributes to decision-making across the EMEA network through high-quality data, scenario modelling, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Create and maintain monthly Ends plans, including lineload and SKU flow models, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and demand
  • Gather, validate, and analyze key data across production, sales, stock, and capacity as part of the monthly planning cycle
  • Collaborate with Plant Production Planners to update SKU plans and ensure accurate, timely reflection of operational realities
  • Monitor adherence to the Ends plan, highlight deviations, and support quick corrective actions
  • Manage day-to-day supply issues at SKU level and identify short- and long-term risks or opportunities
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for planning-related questions across the business
  • Communicate supply capabilities and constraints clearly to stakeholders, helping manage expectations
  • Support the IBP process by preparing scenario analyses, risk assessments, and high-quality decision-making data
  • Work closely with the Metal Planner to ensure alignment between Ends and Metal requirements
  • Prepare draft planning reports and provide analytical insights on SKU performance, capacity utilization, and supply constraints
  • Support, enhance and integrate Profit Network from the future-state planning tool into the current state.
  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes across hubs

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Degree-level education, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Positive solution driven attitude with an attention to detail
  • Proven background in complex multinational, multi-site supply chain environments
  • Experience with Just-in-Time production and supply chain planning processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across all levels of the business
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, knowledge of SAP and BI tools preferred
  • Experience with Supply Chain & Execution processes and scenario modelling is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to interpret data, identify risks/opportunities, and support decision-making with clear insights
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
