Position overview:


The essential purpose of the function is to support the Strategic Accounts and Profit+ programme across the EMEA region by providing project coordination, reporting, analysis and administrative support. The role works closely with the Senior Director Strategic Accounts/Regional Profit+ Lead to monitor programme progress, support forecasting activities, deliver data-driven insights and ensure keymilestones and deliverables are achieved to drive profitable growth.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the coordination and execution of Strategic Accounts and Profit+ initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Tracking project milestones, maintaining project plans and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Preparing customer reporting and supporting monthly forecasting activities.
  • Collecting, analyzing and consolidating data from multiple sources to provide meaningful reporting and actionable business insights.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards and project tracking documentation.
  • Preparing presentations, reports and visual materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to develop and improve automated reporting solutions and analytical tools.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting quality, process efficiency and business visibility.
  • Providing administrative and project support to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, commercial support or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
  • Project management experience would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
